1. Information We Collect
Contact details (name, email, phone), event details (date, venue, guest count, preferences), payment information processed by Stripe, uploaded inspiration photos, and communication history with our team.
2. How We Use Your Data
To fulfill bookings, communicate about your event, improve our services, and — with your consent — send marketing emails about new offerings.
3. Third-Party Data Sharing
We share only what is needed with: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS reminders), and our transactional/marketing email provider.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
4. Data Retention
Booking and financial records are retained for seven (7) years as required by tax and accounting law. Marketing contacts are retained until you unsubscribe. Inspiration photos are deleted 90 days after your event unless you opt into ongoing archival.
5. Cookies & Analytics
Our public marketing site uses first-party analytics to understand traffic. We do not run advertising pixels unless disclosed in a cookie banner and consented to.
6. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by DMing us on Instagram at @thepourli or submitting an inquiry through our Contact page. We respond within 30 days.
7. Data Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe; we never store card numbers on our systems.
8. Children's Privacy
Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
9. Policy Updates
Material changes will be announced by email to active clients and posted here with an updated version number and effective date.
