Our Commitment

The Pour is committed to providing a website and event services that are accessible to the widest possible audience, including guests with disabilities. Our digital platforms target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and align with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) digital accessibility expectations.

Digital Accessibility Features

  • Semantic HTML, landmark regions, and a "Skip to main content" link on every page.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, and booking flow.
  • Visible focus indicators styled to our brand.
  • Text/background contrast that meets WCAG AA (4.5:1 body, 3:1 large text).
  • Meaningful alt text on all images; icon-only buttons carry ARIA labels.
  • Live pricing and validation updates announced via ARIA live regions.
  • Reduced-motion preference honored — animations minimized when your OS setting is enabled.
  • Automated accessibility scans (axe-core) run in our build pipeline to catch regressions.

Service Accessibility (Day-of Accommodations)

  • Our bar cart height and placement can be adjusted to accommodate guests using wheelchairs or mobility aids upon request.
  • Staff are briefed to assist guests with accessibility needs at check-in and throughout service.
  • Clients can note specific accommodations in the Book Now flow under "Accessibility accommodations needed."
  • On request, we relay accessibility details to your venue coordinator so setup is ready before guests arrive.

Ongoing Improvement

Accessibility is a continuous process. We audit new pages and components against an internal checklist and update this statement as we improve.
